回答期限11月30日までに295名の患者様から回答をいただきました。

多くの患者様にアンケートにご協力いただきまして、誠にありがとうございました。

満足度は5点満点、対応を受けていないなど対象外と思われる設問に関しては「N/A(対象外)」をご選択いただいております。

たくさんのご意見、ご要望のコメントをいただき、スタッフ一同ひとつひとつ拝見させていただきました。今後の参考にさせていただきます。

On November 1, 2023, a survey was sent via email to patients who had visited the clinic during the one-year period from November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023.

We received responses from 295 patients by the November 30 deadline.

Thank you very much for the many patients who filled out the survey.

The satisfaction score is out of 5 points, and "N/A (not applicable)" was selected for questions that were not considered applicable, such as not receiving a response.

We have received many comments and suggestions, and all of our staff members have read each and every one of them. We will take them into consideration for future reference.

We would like to make every effort to make our clinic a pleasant place to be.
