すでに多くの接種経験のある海外の妊婦に対するワクチン接種に関する情報では、妊娠初期を含め妊婦さんとお腹の赤ちゃん双方を守るとされ、重篤な合併症が発生したとする報告もありません。したがって、

日本においても希望する妊婦さんはワクチンを接種することができます。

不妊治療中のどの治療過程においても希望する方はワクチンを接種することができます。

ワクチン接種の予診票には、「現在妊娠している可能性はありますか。または授乳中ですか。」という質問がありますので、可能性があるかたは「はい」にチェックし、接種会場の問診医に伝えて、接種を受けてください。

予定された2回のワクチンを接種しても、これまでと同様にマスク着用・手洗い・人混みを避けるなどの感染防止対策を継続してください。
