当院を卒院された患者様を対象に、NIPT検査（非侵襲性出生前遺伝学的検査）を開始しました。
NIPTは、妊婦さんの血液を採取し、血液中に含まれる胎児の染色体に関する情報を調べる検査です。主に、21トリソミー（ダウン症候群）、18トリソミー、13トリソミーの可能性を調べます。
* 対象：当院を卒院された患者様
* 検査時期：妊娠10～11週頃
* 事前準備：検査を希望される方は、NIPTについての説明動画を事前にご視聴ください。
* NIPT検査費用：10万9000円（税抜）
※遺伝カウンセリング料金込み
※羊水検査が必要な場合の羊水検査費用も込み。別途再診料+エコー代(3300円)がかかります。
※遺伝カウンセリング後に検査を受けない場合はカウンセリング料5500円がかかります。
ご希望の方は診察時、医師にお伝えください。
※NIPTは、胎児の染色体疾患の「可能性」を調べる検査であり、確定診断を行うものではありません。検査結果によっては、確定診断のための追加検査(羊水検査)が必要となる場合があります。
※その場合は提携の昭和医科大学病院に紹介いたします。羊水検査の料金はNIPT検査費に含まれます。

We are pleased to announce that NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing) is now available for patients who have completed their care at our clinic.
NIPT is a blood test performed on pregnant women to examine information about the baby’s chromosomes contained in the mother’s blood. It primarily screens for the possibility of Trisomy 21 (Down syndrome), Trisomy 18, and Trisomy 13.
* Eligibility: Patients who have completed their care at our clinic
* Recommended timing: Around 10–11 weeks of pregnancy
* Before the test: If you are interested in NIPT, please watch the explanatory video about NIPT.
* NIPT fee: ¥111,000 (before tax)
* Genetic counseling (in English) is included.
* The cost of amniocentesis, if required, is also included.
* A separate follow-up consultation fee and ultrasound fee (¥3,300) will apply.
If you decide not to proceed with the NIPT after genetic counseling, a counseling fee of ¥5,500 will be charged.
If you would like to have the test, please let your doctor know during your consultation.
Please note:
* NIPT is a screening test that assesses the possibility of chromosomal abnormalities in the fetus. It is not a diagnostic test and cannot provide a definitive diagnosis.
* Depending on the NIPT result, an additional test, such as amniocentesis, may be required to confirm the diagnosis.
* If amniocentesis is required, we will refer you to our affiliated hospital, Showa Medical University Hospital. The cost of amniocentesis is included in the NIPT fee.
